What I read.

I'm currently reading Nabokov's classic Lolita just in time for valentine's Day haha. After that I'll probably read more short stories from an old book I have called The Short Story: An Introductory Anthology. Some real gems are in that book! I'll probably also reread Damon Knights book Creating Short Fiction -a must read for anyone who wants to get serious writing short stories of flash fiction.

The author who really made me want to write however, is the great underrated Henry Miller. I read Tropic of Cancer a few years ago and it just blew my mind. He reminds me of myself in a lot of ways and his writing is just incredible. Some of the best prose of the last century for sure.


Anyways, I'm an avid reader and read all genres, but my favorties include spirituality, short stories, noir, science fiction, literary fiction, erotica and historical nonfiction.
